Our Company History

NHSTC, Inc. was established in 1993 in response to an ever growing need for quality nursing services on a short –term to long-term basis.  NHSTC, Inc. is a family owned and managed company that has been providing exceptional home care for our clients and their families throughout the Baltimore and Washington Metropolitan Areas for over 20 years. 


 
NHSTC, Inc has emerged as one of the top health services provider, under the direction and leadership of Richmond Manigault, MS, BA, RN (founder, president & co-owner). He has encouraged growth in the existing health care services, including but not limited to; the development of counseling personnel, and the implementation of an improved scheduling and staffing department.  Mr. Manigault has further implemented divisions for agency personnel training, on site health care management and a unique specialty in pediatric care services.
